Charlotte went home to the Lord at age 89 on Friday November 7, 2025. She was born January 26, 1936 in Hawarden, Iowa, to Nobel Hagen and Ella (Marie) Henderson. She is survived by her three children: Patricia Costello (Jim), Mark Stowman and Cathleen Stowman. Grandchildren: Chris Costello and Shannon Sykora (Adam) and great grandchildren: Tony Barber, Wesley Costello, Alexander, Elizabeth and Johnathon Sykora. Siblings: Janice Kruse and Stan Hagen.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Richard Stowman, her granddaughter Brittany Stowman, and her brother Donald. Char was very artistic, loved gardening and playing piano, but most of all, spending time with her family.
A memorial service will be held Nov. 24, 11:00 am at Emmaus Free Lutheran Church, 8443 2nd Ave S Bloomington, MN 55420. Visitation one hour prior to service with luncheon following.
