Richard Holthe was born to Oscar and Luella Holthe on June 29, 1947. He graduated from Alcester High School in 1965. Soon after, he joined the USAF.
He has three surviving children: Chris, Jenny, and Katie, and seven grandchildren.
Richard entered into death on July 18, 2025.
Internment is pending.
