Local bakers make to-scale replica of Beresford’s old train depot
Chelsea Fitzgerald, owner of Wake & Bake Bakery, and her friend, Sue Christensen, recently completed a to-scale replica gingerbread house of the old train depot in Beresford. They started the work of art in October and finished it right before Thanksgiving. The work of art is all real gingerbread, and all decorations are edible.
