From July 28 to 30, the Alcester-Hudson High School (AHHS) football team hosted its 19th annual football skills camp, bringing together young athletes and dedicated coaches for a focused and rewarding experience.
The camp, which took place over three days, saw the participation of 26 players and five coaches. The event’s primary goal was to teach the fundamental skills of football and prepare players for the upcoming fall season.
AHHS football coaches expressed their gratitude to the individuals who made the camp successful. Special thanks were extended to Nathan Johnson, Mitchell Johnson, Joe Miller, and Grant Johnson for their invaluable contributions, along with the athletes who committed their time and effort to the camp.
With the camp now concluded, the Cubs are gearing up for their next steps. Official practice sessions will commence on August 7, with the season opener scheduled to take place in Alcester on August 22 versus Howard.
